Virtual Programs The Virtual Punch Clock, Virtual Timesheet and the Virtual In/Out Board are separate executables that talk to the main program. It's simple. Employees only need to see the PC Punch Clock or the In/Out Board, or possibly just the Timesheet, not the whole program. This way the administrator can have the employee use a particular module within the program…this allows the administrator to set one or more of the virtual programs to run when the computer starts through the start up settings in the control panel. The way it works: Let's say Joe & Mary are hourly employees who only need to use the PC Punch Clock. When deploying the product the system administrator would only set up the Virtual Punch Clock. The main goal of PunchClock is to eliminate the manual process of keeping track of your employees' hours. In other words, each payday you won't have to calculate/count the hours manually anymore. Instead, you would just be looking at reports generated by PunchClock and writing checks for your employees. That means you can throw your noisy mechanical clock away and recycle all the paper time cards.

Use TimeKron to keep track of your time spent on different projects and tasks. It's perfect for consultants, hourly employees, and other individuals who need to maintain time records.

The user-friendly interface makes it simple for employees to report their time worked. Employees can punch in and out from their PC via an assigned user name and password. TimeKron then updates, in real-time, clock-in, breaks, and clock out time on the fly.

Calendar Based Attendance Software

Your company may wish to use both of our time & attendance products simultaneously. It would be impractical and time consuming for us to ask you to manually maintain employee data and time worked data in both systems. To solve this problem we have built an integration piece that allows you to track attendance data using SoftTIME and time worked data using TimeKron.
